TECH: Qbert screen won't stop scrolling
The picture moves when I adjust the vertical hold, but it won't come
to a stop. How do I get it to stop? Also there is a knob for
horizontal centering, but not one for vertical centering, so I if I
can get the picture to stop scrolling how do I get it centered? Thanks
in advance for any help.
