Opposite a weak NT (the most likely possibility) the north hand shouldn't
be slamming -- the south hand is almost ideal, and looking at both hands
slam isn't really worthwhile.  You're likely to lose at least a trump
and a spade, and if east overcalled on AQx x KQJxxx xxx you'll have a
tough time even making game.

I suppose south could conceivably have Axx AKQx xxx xxx, but that strikes
me as a bit of a stretch.

My own methods would go something like:

1N   P   2D (GF Stayman) X
2H*  P   4H
(*4 hearts and a diamond stopper)
