One solution to this is that in response to 3D you break to 3N with exactly
2 hearts and 5 spades. You lose the chance to play in 3H but that is rare
and might not be right anyway. You gain the chance to find a 5-3 fit in the
other major when partner has 5-3 which is more likely to gain.
Same applies over 3H - you break to 3N with 2 spades and 5 hearts.
