I was going to answer that I would open 2C if I were playing a system
where it was reasonable _except_ that when playing such systems we
open so light that it is clear that this is the opponent's hand, so I
would probably pass.
Playing my current system, I could open 1NT, wide-ranging because
partner has passed, but I think I'll pass for the same reason. Partner
didn't open, so it is their hand.
