Encoding/Decoding Issue


There are a couple of guys that I send email to who have trouble reading my 

email messages. In particular the 'quote sign' ends up (on their end) being 

interpreted as 'umlotted a' followed by an epislon sign (roughly) - ???????? .

Is there anything that I can do about this on my end? Under the 'Encoding' 

option I have tried both Western European (ISO) and Western European 

(Windows) options.  There weren't any other English sounding options 

available (that I was aware of).
