Error 503 service unavailable


Hello,
 my name is Maurizio from Italy and I wish an help to re-establish the services
 on which sharepoint is based.
 I have a server with Windows sbs 2008, sql 2005 and unfortunately I've
 uninstalled sql 2005 to install sql2008. The problem is: Microsoft Exchange
run
 correctly but an internal site (http://webcompany) is not available (Error 503
 service unavailable). I've uninstalled sql 2008 and installed sql2005 again,
but
 3 application pools (WsusPool, Sharepoint Central Administration v3,
 MSExchangeOWAAppPool) don't run (I've restarted it also manually but nothing).
 What can I'do? Can I install again Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with SP1?
