csh: Execute Unix program at 15 minute intervals From External Source


Hi,

We are running SAP/Oracle on Solaris 5.10.

SAP can be setup to run Unix commands on csh.

If possible, we would like to trigger a Unix script from SAP that will

execute another command

on the hour, 15 minutes past the hour, 30 mins. past the hour, or 45

minutes past the

hour, whichever comes first.

So, for example, suppose the name of the script that SAP executes is

run_ls.sh.

That script will run 'ls'. However, some logic will be incorporated

into the script

to run ls only on the hour, 15 minutes past,etc..

I don't think that run_ls.sh  can be setup using cron, as it should

execute only

when triggered by SAP.
