The one in Canada that irked me the most is that the user agrees to not
pursue the mobile phone co. in court but agrees instead to binding
arbitration. All CDN mobile co's use this "out".
However, I just re-checked my mobile co's agreement, and residents of
Quebec are excepted from that clause.
