	It depends on how far you want to go.

1. Most if not all newer DVD player can play JPG, MP3, and several other

audio and video format.  IOW, just burn to CD/DVD as DATA and it should work

2. If you want to create a video slideshow with different screen effect then

you can Google for Freeware, Shareware, or commercial video slideshow which

will convert strill images to video.  Then you can authoring to DVD as

standard DVD.

	I don't know how far you go, what kind of feature/option you want, how

much you want to pay for etc. to give you more detail info.

	So, GOOGLE for some basic information then ask for more detail.
