Ubuntu 11.10 -- so far, ehhh

It's much better and less "buggie" then Ubuntu 10.10 or 11.04; but, here are the bugs I have found.
1. If I use firefox to go to any page which has a "Listen Live" button on it so I can listen to audio over the
internet, firefox freezes although it does finally go away after a few punches on the 'x' at it's right-hand
corner.
2. It takes around 15 to 30 seconds for a process to "go away" in the task manager.
Where do I check for the existence of these bugs and put them into the bug database if they aren't
there?
