I've got an outage today that's kinda funny. I turned my computer on
this morning to hear an awful grinding noise from the fan which had
been whining for some time. Switched off, waited a while, then switched
on again and there was no noise whatsoever. I thought the fan had gone
completely so took the computer to the repair shop to get a new fan and
a clean and the second hard drive I'd been promising myself for months.
the fellow there opens it up and switches it on: and the fans are
running perfectly and silently - including the big case fan at the back
that's always been noisy. That's kinda funny.

So, I'm Mintless and Ubuntuless for a day or two (and the lack of
Wikipedia bothers me not).
