Newest kernel 2.6.32-38-generic

Every browser that runs Java script uses so much processing

power it makes the computer run like a one legged dog.

Disabling Java script makes web pages not load but I do get

processing power back. This just started after the last Kernel

update. I hope they update again soon.

Any suggestions? Other than running previous kernel that I'm

doing now 2.6.32-37-generic, which this old kernel has been

crashing computer soon after first start up so I was at first

glad to have new kernel. After it gets the crash out of the

way it does alright from then on.

Other than these problems Mint 9 has been better than the

newer versions for me.
