GNU/Linux held package problem


Hello after installing and updating Debian Mint after booting the

updated OS update could not refresh the list due to "held packages".

I opened Synaptic and used the broken file filter and checked

the repair broken package option to no avail.

Could someone help me find and resolve these held packages please?
